Excellent product and service. Delivery less good: Royal Mail are consistently shocking in my area (I appreciate this may be a local issue, and people have different experiences of different carriers in different places.) Excellent response from the shop when I emailed to explain the situation. I'd recommend offering a choice of courier options in future.
