When stored correctly in a cool, dry place away from any direct sunlight our chocolates are perfectly delicious for up to 3 months.

No, you do not need to store your chocolates in the fridge, our chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature when stored correctly in a cool, dry place away from any direct sunlight. However, it is completely your prerogative if preferred refrigerated, they will still be delicious!

We endeavour to ensure our chocolates and goods arrive to you in perfect condition. However, by chance a product arrives damaged after transit please contact us immediately. If the product is returned within 30 days and unopened, then we can re-send a fresh pack of the product or refund the price of the product.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept any cancellations.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for a reason other than product damage then please contact us immediately via sales@oldbankchocolates.co.uk and specify your issue with your order. If there is an issue with any product then we will refund the product price, however if we deem the product to be in perfect condition then we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the goods.

On rare occasions the changes in temperature during production can cause slight discolouration in the chocolate. In the chocolate world this is known as “bloomed” chocolate, and can be a byproduct of the tempering process from time to time. However this is not something to worry about, the chocolate will still taste exactly the same and be delicious as always! It only affects a slight change in appearance (Cloudy/streaky chocolate).

Orders can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched.

We currently offer one delivery option charging a standard delivery charge of £4.50, sending all orders via Tracked Royal Mail.

Our standard delivery option aims to deliver your order within 7 working days.

Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch to receive your order in time for any desired occasion. Royal mail can occasionally experience delays which are beyond our control; therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. But we will inform customers of any issues that we are aware of during busy periods.

We are able to ship our products all over the UK via Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our chocolates overseas.

Yes, orders can be collected in store at our chocolate shop in Ambleside, Lake Road, LA22 0AD. Just select collect in store on checkout and allow for up to 3 business days for collection.

Our chocolates are perfect for corporate events or wedding favours! We do not currently have a system set up online for processing such orders, however please contact enquiries@oldbankchocolates.co.uk for more information.

Our signature Dark chocolate is suitable for vegans, as there is no milk protein present in the recipe. However, it may contain milk traces as our chocolates are produced in the same area/near milk protein products so cannot claim to be completely Dairy Free.
