Shipping & Returns

Delivery:

£4.50 – Standard Delivery (Up to 7 working days).

Our standard delivery option aims to deliver your order within 7 working days.

During busy periods orders may take up to 5 working days before being dispatched.

Please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch to receive your order in time for any desired occasion. Royal mail can occasionally experience delays which are beyond our control; therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. But we will inform customers of any issues that we are aware of during busy periods.

Orders placed on Friday after 12pm will NOT be processed until the following Monday.

Orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail, shipping to UK residences only.

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure you enter the correct address and postcode when placing your order, Old Bank House cannot be held liable for late or unsuccessful deliveries if an address or postcode are entered incorrectly.

Returns:

We endeavour to ensure our chocolates and goods arrive to you in perfect condition. However, by chance a product arrives damaged after transit please contact us immediately. If the product is returned within 30 days and unopened, then we can re-send a fresh pack of the product or refund the price of the product.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot accept any cancellations.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order for a reason other than product damage then please contact us immediately via sales@oldbankchocolates.co.uk and specify your issue with your order. If there is an issue with any product then we will refund the product price, however if we deem the product to be in perfect condition then we reserve the right to charge the full amount for the goods.
